Nhloso Likusasa Le’lichakazile is a nonprofit organisation focused on transforming the future of Eswatini youth. We believe that by equipping young people with relevant skills and access to opportunities, we can empower them to create brighter futures for themselves and their families, while contributing to the development of thriving communities and a stronger Eswatini.
Our mission is to ensure that every young person has the chance to acquire practical skills, gain valuable work experience, and access resources that improve their employability. From vocational training and internships to career development programs, we are committed to helping youth unlock their full potential.
Our three thematic areas are Access to Education, Skills for the 21st century, and Entrepreneurs Support

Through Nhloso Likusasa Le’lichakazile, many have built businesses, purchased land, furthered their studies, and secured their futures. Together, we are shaping a generation that is empowered, self-sufficient, and ready to lead.
